You run a heat-treatment cell. Customers order steel parts at a certain hardness. Pick a contract, set the furnace, quench and tempering, and ask the advisor what will come out. Then press Run batch and watch 40 real parts get measured and sorted — the plant, not the advisor, decides what you get paid.

A teaching game. The advisor is a real model trained on this plant's past batches, with ranges and chances from the Calibrated Explanations service. If the service is down, the advisor stays off — it never shows made-up numbers.
